My comments : From first until the last commandment, i can't stop laughing myself that most of it are consider OBVIOUS evidences. As a man of honor, we should try to hide this things as for our sake but i know the women ~currently~ not really looked further when it comes to their first-hand marriage**wink**

Wow!!! time really moved so fast...fuhh...i didn't expect 2010 year is just around the corner, blessing to GOD, 2009 is THE WORST year and it's gonna end very SOON...**wink**

well, today i'm not going to write about the REGRETS i had this year, it was MORE, believe me!! it will be the next next next entry, who knows??!! god knows the best. Recently, there are many things happened; quite unexpected but i would say, predicted and "i know this BAD thing will come".I was born with extraordinary power (sometimes powerless too!!) and well said, mediocre too.

EVERYBODY WAS BORN WITH THEIR SPECIALITIES, so do i...

to make it short, i might be able/sometimes predict BAD things will happen, it can turned up so fast and u may expect "wow, that actually really happen???oh, badass!!" but it can turn up in the other way round too. People said not everything comes as what u expected. I DO BELIEVE ON THAT but sometimes i ignore it too.

As i expected, one of my frenz failed to convince the people he actually/was born to be GREAT leader ( the same level with me, i guess!!!) and that was the first thought i had on him. ( the GREAT leader). Due to misunderstanding incident, he was acting emotionally, didn't replied any messages, frequently sent ANNOYING messages and sounded like THREATEN to us, and so on.

At the last minute, he didn't want to turned up himself and decided not to appear due to his egoism, another commitments and admitted that more contribution has already put in the first place to initiate the program. Seriously, this is really bad mindset and it could not help the situation. WORST than ever as result. that's how i think.

He has been told that his presence is needed here so that more dispute & pending jobs he left can be solve a.s.a.p but still he don't get it. Come on, my frenz!! u are excellent student with GREAT pointer but how can't u understand the simple thing about people's feeling. I admitted, he did so much for the program but he's not willing to let people knows his hardwork. That's why this thing happened. **sigh**

Now, he's not turned up and expected to held the meeting very soon in the next semester. I don't think he may get the same co-operation, same friendship, same smiles and so on. Well, it's easy to decide but the consequences, u will bear it along your life journey and people will not believe anymore in your principles. not anymore!!

He did answered "he confused about those stuff being throwed to him" and he lost the intention to come here to clarify and convince the team. HOW GREAT LEADER HE WAS. Thx a lot frenz and u killed my respect to u due to your egoism.

We are not perfect and i always know that...so do i....

WHAT WAS I THINKING ABOUT THIS?? **sigh**The truth was i'm already EXPECTED this might be happened in the future, some resources did told me how this fellow turned down some people and didn't keep his promise. I BELIEVE it's becoming more OBVIOUS and the true colours has revealed itself. **sigh**

I thought different colours, different races, different religions might give some positive tunes to the REALITY scene but that is not what i expected. One of my closed frenz told me, dun expect to much to him coz the result is not the same as what u want. She's right!!! Absolutely!!

The great power that i possessed might be guidance for me not to put 100% trust to the people closed to you. Even they are your family members, closed frenz or "wanna be" frenz and so on coz most of them are the same. Should i stop trusting people around me or just ignore it?? that depends how it influencing my life.

As conclusion, as for myself, do not put 100% trust to the people closed to you or people u care about ( they might turn up to be ur enemy!!), second, prediction and instinct, both are good ones and can protect us from harm myself, good prediction can avoid u some bad consequences and lastly, the decision to quit might be near than i expected. SOON.

The Biggest Loser Asia

"LOSING WEIGHT, GAINING LIFE" that's the quote gained from the biggest loser, TV's most popular reality shows across the world (United States is the host until 8th season). This is the one reality shows that are worthy watching, have a DECENT PREMISE, compare to ridiculous reality shows, sometime make me discerning about what i watch **sigh**

The previous post, here, only talks about awareness of obesity or overweight. Since, The Biggest Loser Asia has already made their steps to embark the journey of reducing obesity in Asia, as malaysian, i'm inspired to lose my weight too.

The show aims to assist morbidly heavyweight people lose weight and get healthy. Under the guidance of trainers, the contestants are out through the grinder, 6H of exercise a day, portion control, discarding unhealthy foods- everyday within 3 months. At the end , the contestant who has lost the most weight wins. QUESTION : CAN WE DO IT???

As for me, i have followed the series of exercise to improve my cardiac balance, muscle development through basic workout ( less than 30kg) to ensure my body can keep up with increasing weight of workout, consume protein supplementary suggested by gym instructor, regular exercise still in progress due to STRESS life and tight schedule as student. Too bad, i'm still consumed some UNHEALTHY food which is barely and hard to resist too. **gosh**. But still, i'm NOT LOST the intention to gaining my life and lost weight too. DON'T DEMOTIVATING!! :) here

FED-UP with unexpected result

another semester to go, another troubles to overcome...

S%$# through this week, UNFORTUNATE weeks entire my life...unexpected result with more STUPID surprises...i can't really stand anymore this "dramatic" situation...really...really can't anymore!!!

As everyone being SELFISH due to dean list addiction or fever, i'm feel the tense coz i'm not one of them. This is what we used to called +ve jealousy. I've grown tired with this. PLZ STOP BEING SELFISH. Not everyone is experiencing the way it supposed to be.

as for me: This is how i really felt right now, i dun really care what you guys thinking?? why should i care?? now i'm acting SELFISH too

i'm said : "how should i be patience and accept such unexpected result?? plz tell me how should i keep myself from not doing any sins/mistakes if this things always keep playing around my life??? i'm so fed up with this whole thingy..."

enough for now, i need to breath fresh air....instead of UMP's air...UMP is already polluted with SELFISH minded people.

i feel TENSED....so much!!!

It's been a while, since a month, i haven't blogging..due to many stuffs happened in my life, things keep me away to wrote something in my blog (like usually i did). Thus, today, i keep playing with my keyboard's laptop to type something important.

How would you feel if everything's you've done so far to improve yourself performance it WORTHLESS??? i think most people do...

i have suffered this thing for a few years, it seems endless to me, why??? still, i keep asking myself for that too...i dunno why...why..why this thing happened??

Possible REASONS for me to keep THINKING are:

1) unsuitable course ( almost 4 years, i keep telling myself, i can be "better" with this stupid course rather than thinking about medical stuff, u know what was i thinking, F$#@ enough with this thing, i should just take another course but i can't afford to do that due to #$%@!&* family that i had right now, i'm so tensed)

2) bad grades ( almost 4 years, trying so hard to score & i keep telling myself (self-motivational), i can do better than this, still i've got BAD grades for most of the subjects especially BIO-Subjects, why??? S#$% and loathe myself coz what?? GOD SAID SO... i'm incompetent for all BIO-Subjects, so be it. foremost, the one who get the better grade is always the one i hate almost entire my life. Now DOUBLE UP tensed!!)

3) Excellent Speaker but BAD ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE ( almost 4 years, i'm experienced in many stuff that i have been appointed to do and most of it are accomplished the goal BUT when it comes to academic, VERY POOR, who should i blame that?? of coz, myself, incompetent to set up my time for study, friends n bla...bla...bla...i'm so damn FUCKING with this thing)

4) Family ( most of people will said, FAMILY is the most important one, i love my family, because of family i succeeded, bla...bla...bla...so many ways they said FAMILY is the one who influenced the positive of what they had right now. BUT as for me, NONE OF IT, because my family is PRESSURED, PROBLEMATIC, TENSED, ALMOST BAD STUFF, do call me freak or whatever you guys want but that's how i felt untill i'm reached 23 years old, nothing change for them, still the same way like they did keep pressuring and contained me. NOW, I'm REALLY MAD n TENSED)---> i keep myself away, away n away from them, coz i hated my entire life was depending on their opinions + decisions. that's how i ended up and if i'm always follow their opinions + decisions, SERIOUSLY, i will be ended up like MASJID guy or whatever GOOD guy they meant me to be. AGAIN, out of nowhere for me

As conclusion, almost 4 years, i had SPLENDID moment being here and grow at UMP, i thought i could change my life from miserable to BETTER ( i hate this word!!!! more than u could ever imagine!!). BUT IT WON'T CHANGE untill u have gone in this world. BE MAD WITH MY STATEMENT OR WHATEVER. i Don't care enough and i can;t just rely anymore with so many things coz WHAT??? GOD SAID SO...thx so much to fate n destiny i had to be in this world. THX AGAIN. I'm DEAD-MEAT...

plant design presentation--> lab + subjects presentation--->
final year project in lab~that includes design expert software--hard to comprehend for the beginner----> what else?????????? ~time is preciousless~

i REALLY wish i'm working rite now at industry, make a $$$ like bulky or something else...rather than STUDY...oh GOD...i need STRENGTH...STRENGTH....**sigh**

I admitted the way of expressing thought would be different coz different people, different ideas, different in every ways, it's hard to find the common things unless he or she is your twin, most likely you will find the similarities but still the reality, we are the DIFFERENT person. I think, to differenciate the thoughts, read their thoughts (it could be blog or else) and able to to define whether they able or not to show their sense of maturity. Here. This is my goal of maturity.~everyone is familiar with it~

This is another issues, to crack yourself into another characters due to fitted yourself into the society would not be WISE decision coz CHANGE can't be force and we as human lack of sanity. Seriously, i don't like to be the typical malay guy where you just talking about your lust and activities you've done in your life through the blog. That's why i prefered to be something else. I'm not the guy who tend to make the common tasks everyday. Guess, be DIFFERENT, that make you different from others.

Priority, everywhere we go, we do find some difficulties in deciding what's next to do in our life. Is it easy to decide your own priority?? as easy like PCI device, by plug in the data into setpoint, gain, reset and everything related (THIS IS chemical engineering subject yer!!). Indirectly, YES it is. We should start to think about the what's the next action to do in life, thinking about the advantages, long term effectiveness, disadvantages, and the important one, IS IT follow your heart's decision?? if you do, then set the goal. Easier said than done. I'm also gasping for air to think about it but it is worth to think now before both eyes are closed in the future.

Do we need to loose weight?? Some people didn't feel to loose their weight as they constantly surrounded by family members who dealing with weight issues and enjoyed indulging in "HEALTHY" food. Some of them, pressured by the job or life's problem, thus, FOOD is the only way to recover the stress, and they don't even care to loose weight. On the other hand, food is the cure to everything. Besides that, certain people who at early stage didn't experienced overweight issue fall to it due to multiple injuries and accidents. They stop working out and live an unhealthy lifestyle for so long, maybe 5 -15 years, even more than that.
The issue is that they LACK of DETERMINATION & KNOWLEDGE

Many reality shows such as The amazing race and survivor are common BUT THE BIGGEST LOSER is DIFFERENT. THE BIGGEST LOSER, the driven-reality TV show inspired many people to challenge themselves to do whatever it takes to win. For me, this is really INSPIRATIONAL program because it helps people to realize how importance of maintaining your health. $$$ can't buy your health. However, the momentum for a person to join such competition goes beyond just emerging victorious. From the show itself, some of the participants , either facing critical health issue or minor, seriously, when you think about it, anyone who loses weight, whether or not this person wins- is already a winner.

The biggest issue to be highlight here is The National Health and Morbidity Survey 2006 (a survey that is conducted every 10 years) revealed that some 29% of adult Malaysians are overweight and 14% obese. That means , 43% or 2 in 5 , adult Malaysian are OVERWEIGHT. The significant number rise as Malaysian get fatter and the TRUTH is 18-29 ages, teenager + young people, made up the significant growth. These few days ahead, i'm thinking on how to "upgrade" my blog with more valuable adds NOT just talk about what's going around me. Guess, i should speak a little bit about my life. Previously, i'm inspired to start blogging through my frenz named, Rowanlim. Through her blog, she did impressed many bloggers to speak about life, people, politic, education and et al. Glendal (california), the king of pop; michael jackson was laid to rest saturday night after 2 months of his death, mourned by celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor, Barry Bonds n more. It's just too emotional and touching for everybody. Michael jackson died a drug induced death june 25 at age 50 as he was about to embark "comeback" attempt. May GOD bless u, Michael n may u rest in peace as the world bless u as the icon rockstar and legend of the world:(

Who's at risk?? Yeah, probably u will thinking, either cancer case or H1N1 cases erupted a few weeks back and made total 70 death out of Malaysian's population. That's really amusing BREAKTHROUGH recorded by Malaysia so far, those cases gradually increase per day. Why it continuously haunted and killed human among us?? mmm..definitely, there's no concrete evidence to prove BUT somehow, lesson learned to us especially Islamic community. FORGET ABOUT H1N1 CASES, let's get through what am i'm going to talk about today. It's about WHO'S AT RISK??

Are we in RISK?? yup especially MEN who face in midlife crisis, such as squandering their retirement fund, buying expensive car, getting hair transplant and chest wax (hoho..i dream that!!) OR reverting to the youth by staying out late and flirting with women half ages than yours. But even it manifest something BIG that change your life, a man in midlife definitely is in turmoil.

Marriage breakdown: due to many factors

According to studies over mental health, depression rate rises in the 35 to 55 age group, it's not just mental illness but men's physical health also deteriorates. The funny thing are men who always stripped of their superman trunks when they realize they aren't immortal. Undeniable sign that life is getting at the "pointy end" usually get highlighted by life events such as job loss and or marrage breakdown. More questions arise on, are men prisoner to their hormones?? IS it much the same way like women can be disturbed by menopause???

According to Professor Robert McLachlan, director of Andrology Australia, dispute the existence of the male menopause altogether. ''Male menopause is a nonsense term,'' he said. ''It's been conjured up partly for marketing reasons, but in reality men can't have a menopause because they never menstruate.'' But still obesity or diabetes, can cause testosterone level fall faster than normal, beware of it, somehow men will feel better while we addressing this issue, at least.*grin*

Men's depression : How should we face it??

The crisis can hit at any times - the mid-twenties, pre-retirement, and retirement phases are the peak times too. Not too forget that women face the same thing when their role change as chidren are born or leave home. I think sometime, we always seeing adults with very high expectations of happiness and personal life satisfaction plus we've easily dillusioned by not achieving the goal. This is hard even i'm personally think we should think further.

Even midlife crisis that we faced now, it's actually opportunity for us grow. Men learn how to explore their life in valuable meaning. BUT if they don't listen to their inner message, usually they will acting out the streotypical midlife behaviour like crack down their marriage for a younger woman. One way to dealing with the mental distress that i've seen so far is to medicate the depression. Many men counseling themselves to give them permission to acknowledge, they are at crossroad and to dream of what else could be there. Sound like weird but it's the truth.

The key is communication, said Anne Hollonds of Relationships Australia NSW. ''All of this is better dealt with in a well-functioning partnership,'' she said. As conclusion, i think men who in midlife crisis should try to grow in the problem they faced, and support is really needed by them as hope they can cope with crises much better in the future.:)

Oh, i'm so lucky that i passed through this "awesome" columnist after i had "tiring" class with Dr azwina, full of laughing as usual, besides with "shitty" faces who always promote themselves as legendary of KNOCK-IT-OFF guys, like i care, those are just stupid guys. I will not give comments on them.

Hey, back to the topic, yup i was kind of wondering this few days coz yesterday i was planning to enter "marriage course" held by UMP, but i pulled back my decision not to enter(family matters). After marriage what's next in your life??? of coz' CHIDREN in your mind. I enjoyed having talked with chidren but sometimes it was annoying coz' the chidren will drag the conversation into stupid stuff, Yeah, they always do, coz they are CHILDREN.

When it talks about children, what is so interesting about?? Well, Ruth Liew-childwise author do talks about Asking it right article. Indeed resourceful!! She did found out "interesting answer" when she asked the right question to this group. But things change once they grow older. I think i found out some key points that enlighten us especially for those who just getting into parental OR who think they might be. Let's take a look

* Most parent in Malaysia, they only think about how their children score their exams , they don't even care about their school and even they don't want to know anything unless their child able to score or not. Undeniable & indeed the truth. Their intention is obviously to correct a mistake as well as when they suspect trouble. i faced it too, how do we face this thing?? Good question, even until i grown up, i'm still didn't found out the ans BUT what i do was, Patience.

* Children shy away from parents due to parent-centred. From Ruth Liew perspective, chidren do find out that parent tend to make them frustrated, rather than empowered. The questions evoked negative feeling rather than raising self-esteem. Do u think so. This is not truth at all, but it do, sometime. Well, everyone is not perfect.

* WHY ARE YOU CRYING?? or WHY DID YOU THAT?? familiar with these??? How did u feel when such questions being raise up to u while you still child?? Fed up & cry?? It's just make matter worse. The writer told that "When children are upset and fearful, they need someone to reassure them that everything will be all right. You are not helping when you just tell them to stop crying. You need to make sure that they know you are trying to understand them." That's what i really felt when my mom asked me something like that or even my dad also.

* Another facts raised up by the writer, Children find it rather annoying when parents keep pressing them with questions that they dont have to answer. Many have learned that their chidren tend to make up their story rather than listening to them coz they felt it isn't interesting at all. The author added " If you want your child to tell you more about school, you should avoid asking, “How was school today?”..such thing could open up the channel of communication between children and parent.

* Children really do listen when you talk directly to them. When your child is in trouble, offer help first. You need to attend to them physically if they are hurt or emotionally if they are upset or frightened. That's what she stressed out. Probably, that's worth of becoming a good parent when parent able to tackling their own children feelings.

I do read this article "sense of style" posted by Dzireena Mahadzir, titled "When the demons take over". This is the first time i read such things about shopping wisely. Before this, i just randonmly picked to read the star columnist. Wherever i found it interesting, i will read. You won't read it if the topic isn't the topic to be discussed rite??? So, the most articles that i always read are articles posted by marina mahathir (but last weekend she talked about following jakarta in tackling AIDS- boring coz i know much about their implementation to aid those AIDS thingy). Some of them i think quite interesting especially when they responded to current issues. Indeed remarkable source of knowledges.

So what Dzireena mahadzir talked about??? ermm...these are the summarized content of Shopping wisely during credit crunch.

- Don't plan too much in advance coz' none of them came to fruition entire year

- When it comes to purchase, being guided by sense of style barometer, usually not stress enough coz' u seemed to enjoy it (me too!! the smell n everything..) 20%, 30%, 50%, and 70%, those magical words, usually persuaded us to purchase something we shouldn't buy it.

- What's in our mind, this is what i've got from her article " ..so I am convinced that I absolutely must have the dress as it is SO this season, looks SO right and would be SO perfect with those shoes and that bag for THE event. So what if it still costs a ridiculous amount." does it sound familiar to you??? haha..i can't resist..this is the truth sense of fashion..like what me n shopaholic said*sigh* at least:p

- additional info that we already awared is return and exchange goods could be a big hassle for shopaholic in malaysia. why?? coz' sales people always think the shoppers SHOULD know better rather than buy a mistake. They did think that we are big problem coz' they need to do a lot of paperwork + receipt. No tolerance in this matter. No choice even i'm getting angry due to their "mesra alam" ini.

- The more even annoying when they call and remind u that u haven't paid yet. THIS IS THE BEST PART, the free-will to swipe the card goes on...non-stop...coz' we're too stupid, grit ur teeth, then...u know better than others (i realized it though while i'm using my dad card last time)

- At the end, those mistakes.. you are going to have to live with it. It's hard for me either. Tendency to buy non-stop and desire take over ur "wise" head.haha:p

- "Fashion isn’t something most people choose with their heads, but consider how annoying it is having to clear a closet of rubbish and think of the amount of money wasted." This is what we should think twice before purchasing anything...huhu:p

Sometimes it's really heated up my mind to the present government and certain established people. Critics, critics and critics, non-stop until they satisfied. What they got at the end of those criticizes, NOTHING unless a piece of crap. Thank god, blog is here today, thus, we did not have to waste so much papers for our lust to criticize people.

I have read a lot of articles, columnist, and related issues on anti-ISA protest recently. This is definitely serious problem and i think the present government should look over on this matter. Again, i pointed out the same thing previously. Actions are not taken. By blaming others and pointing fingers toward each other, definitely it's not the good act and until now, Malaysia still applied this kind of stupid tradition. I expected more unexpected events will occurred in the future if proper actions are not in the line.

I have read and understand the article posted by Tun Dr Mahathir on "Budaya Anwar". The article posted aims to attack personally on Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (DSAI). This is not a proper way to attack people. You need to analyze the causes of event and why this event happened at the moment. By simply putting the blames on certain person, this is totally consider as NOT professional. Not everything BAD happened in Malaysia is caused by DSAI or Pakatan Rakyat. People don't satisfied enough with the action taken by the law to serve justice and which is why "illegal" demos are the only way to show their protest on the issue. This demo supposedly rally in peacefull BUT due to the "mesra rakyat" police, hesitation occured towards water-cannoned, teargassed and people arrested at the weekend. This is how the ugly scenes created by people who serve justice to the Malaysian Citizen. Unacceptable!!!

Thinking further about the people surrounded the Anti-ISA protest such as smaller hawkers who have said to be "Kais pagi Makan pagi, kais petang makan petang" should be considered before such demo conducted. Excuse me!!! these people do understand the problems faced by the country and how come they live and sell their food OR building up bussiness in this country if justice is not being serve on the right way. I think their "rezeki" also gone if more corruptions and stupid leaders who lead this country in such ways.

It is understood that those people already seek such approval or permit from the government to conduct such peace demo, how it ended up?? of course, the present government do not allow such thing to be conducted due to internal security of local citizen. That's just lame reason used BUT did you ever think WHY the local citizen CHOOSE to be there and protest on ISA???????????

EASY, because JUSTICE is not served well in the country. HOW??? Just relax and let it devour our life right away like that. UNACCEPTABLE. This is might sound prejudice but please, i hope this should not be misinterpret for certain people. Some people just don't care whether ISA is abolished or not. I don't think they really care enough about their home. Narrow-minded person. If you say, we just abide the law and nothing to be afraid of, but why there are many unsolved criminal cases where certain people used the law to make people suffer?? Is THIS what we called JUSTICE?? Think carefully, Malaysian Citizen.

As conclusion, such demos will happened again in the future because people aware that JUSTICE is not served in the right manner and is not just ISA. As Malaysian Citizen, i feel it is time to do peace talk on both sides so that every agreement can be achieve. THIS IS FOR THE FUTURE OF MALAYSIAN as well as the beloved country.

I was really shocked and suprised when i saw the demise of great storyteller, Yasmin Ahmad. A few days before, it is reported that she was in stable condition after the major surgery but today, i'm felt like crying within myself because Malaysia just lost the great asset. Michael Jackson and Farah Fawceet left us not too long ago. Today, we mourn the loss of Yasmin Ahmad. I started to be inspired by her movie, Talentime. That's actually quite suprised because before this i'm not really a big fan of Malaysia (lately due to boring themes!!). She never fails to produce such divine and meaningful ads for fellow malaysian.To me, she is an inspiring soul for Malaysian. We have lost someone great who has given us love in such unique way not only through commercial ads as well as daily life routine of Malaysia. I will never forget you, Yasmin and may god bless u. Fantastic and Fabulous!!! That's my word to represent SIFE National Competition held at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur in 20-21st July 2009. This is 1 of my favourite list of events that i really want to attend. WHY?? expanding my networking as well as making friends with other local universities (part of my hobby!!!). Thus, by joining this national competition, i can be recognized as a part of "eligible" bachelor in Malaysia who represented our University (*evil grin*). Being part of the established presenter, I think We're the Pioneer for the Spirited team who continuosly performed in "confidence" and "Convincing" for all the judges. That's merely opinion and talking about our LOST, we're lost because of the "not-so-impacted" projects. Other local universities, Their projects were really impacted through the whole society as well as their technical presentation reached to the "maturity" level where every single person in the team play their own tasks. Our team not even a hitch OR on par with them in terms of that BUT We give them a very high competition to win for the final round's admission. That's really good to say!! However, a controversy was sparked when Khairy was allowed to contest for the post even though he was found guilty for being involved with money politics by the UMNO Disciplinary Board while others who were found guilty for the same offence, such as Mohd Ali Rustam who was supposed to contest for the UMNO Vice President post, were not allowed to contest for their respective posts. However, Khairy denied the allegation, as stated in his blog. My Comment : First time when i heard his name, YEAH!! i remembered this guy because he's the most controversial guy alleged in UMNO's bribery and affair with Maya Karin. Furthermore, he's very closed to the halls of power where he's the son-in-law to former prime minister. Somehow it leads himself to certain "bad" controversies. BUT, somehow, i see this man as the man of PRIDE due to his passionate in politic field and "right of freedom" in Journalistic independence. Admit or not, He's the talented guy on his own field and i adore his enthusiasm. 10 days passed since our beloved king of pop, african-american singer, michael jackson or michael joseph jackson or mikael (muslim name) has been passed away and untill now, almost every radio station play his memorable songs. Hi, again i'm back to write my latest thought. Untill now, i'm still caught by suprised due to the news of MJ's death. On 26th of june, afternoon time, still shocked when heard hunny madu, fly fm Dj informed to the listerners about MJ's death due to cardiac attack and collapsed at his rented mansion. In that time, i'm asking myself whether this is kind of jokes or prank by certain medias.

Anyway, everything solved once hunny madu repeated again the same topic. Then, i started to make myself to believe this is actually the truth happened to him. Later, i stucked at Professional Hairstylist at Sg. Wang Plaza n met the biggest fan of MJ. Hoho..so spirited-man with MJ's collections of goodies n CDs. But still he's dissappointed because he can't make it to MJ's concert at Malaysia, 1997. That's pretty bad n pity to him. So, i suggested that he should convey his grievance through MJ's official website. "Hell,Yeah!! I should do it now!!" he said.

That's how MJ's influence to Malaysian. Even he's gone now, his legacy will live through this man's vein. Anyway, since the day he passed away, almost everyday i can heard his songs here, even every CD's outlets made bulk of $$ by sold-out MJ's Collections. Nevermind, Mj's blessed you guys. Well, everyone will die soon or later. Just prepare yourself, that's all. :)

Waaaghh...it's been a while, i haven't hit my blog almost 1 month due to my laziness to write. My blog must be felt so lonely. Vacation on the line, thus i felt it's not really in the "mood" to write my thought. But i changed my mind suddenly. Something that i should share with bloggers. Currently, i'm at taiping, attending cousin's wedding and it's totally damned boring. Why????? Let me explain. My cousin's wedding, not very close one, owner of chicken rice restaurant at Taiping, Perak, 1 year older than me, young but rich (He bought honda jazz with cash,$$ on 2007) and so on. That's the part of the reasons.

Furthermore, i'm here because of my stupid request from my family and they said i should show my face there. Hello!! cousin's wedding is not in my head and i have a lot of stuff to do rather than attending this worthless event. Next time, i should try to think some plan to avoid this kind of event. Yeah, thinking about marriage, certain of my friends are already getting into marriage life and i felt it's kind of annoying coz you throw yourself into troubles. At early age, if you really mature enough to decide your life and stable financial security, most probably the next step is marriage. I don't mind if certain of my friend also getting engaged and get married but uncomfortable it's how i feel. It's totally different life and you relationship as friend might not used to be.

People define marriage by themselves but i defined marriage as the worst burden in my early age especially student. If we look into religion perspective, it is encourage for every muslims to get marry in early age and that is what our prophet's remedy IF you able to do so. Some of us think that marriage is simply like tie the bond between the man and women but it's far greater than that. marriage often formalized by a ceremony called wedding. People often think marriage is really a happy event but have they look into the reality.

Does every marriage could really bring happiness OR disaster?? i don't think there is a good answer. As general, people marry for many reasons. As example, there are certain types of marriages whereby certain people tend to marry more than spouse, that is poligamy. The marriage comes with many responsibilities. Are we ready enough to face it???

Tip-toe over the coalition happened in Perak has triggered many politicians, academicians, law practitioners and almost every people. Last 2 days, we have surprised by the court's decision that Datuk Seri Ir Nizar Jamaluddin is the rightful Menteri Besar, the day after that also we being suprised by more unexplained situation by the acceptance of Dr Zambry's appeal at the morning . At the end of the day, we can expect more problems rather than solutions. Actually if they decide to have table-discussion from the beginning, dissolve the state assembly, not interrupted by sultan in state matter and federal government, THIS will not happen. We should consider everybody's feeling and they should respect and abide the constitution and law which beyond than others. 1 Malaysia campaign is no longer available IF our new prime minister does not take responsibility to comprehend the situation. If we want the slogan to materialised, at least the one who created should take consider to make any decision. STOP fighting and blaming each other. Barisan Nasional, Wake up & Chill!!!

LOS ANGELES - POPULAR 'girl group' the Pussycat Dolls are said to be on the verge of breaking up said reports on Monday.

Rumours broke over the weekend in the United States that high-profile member Nicole Scherzinger is leaving the group to focus on a solo career.

Girlfriend of Formula One star Lewis Hamilton, Scherzinger is rumoured to have already left the group but will not make the announcement until after finishing the current tour.

According to website ninemsn.com.au, the rumours began after two songs - Jai Ho and Hush Hush - were released under the name Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger instead of the usual Pussycat Dolls.

You may heard the word "saving" about and sometime your mom always freaking out if we touch the money in that saving fund or else. I loathe much if my mom start to yelled "Son, u know that saving account are totally hard-earned money from me, don't simply push it to the corner @ otherwise next month, NO ALLOWANCE" I bet in that time i could have such angelic mind ( last time,i was!!) NOT to break off the promise BUT i know i have no choice instead accepting it.

It's not easy!! You need $$$ to live. If you don't, abnormal human you are!! Struggling under debt or want to save up for "waiting list of favourite items". Yeah, both of it represent dilemmas surrounded around us, (including me!!) but how to solve it?? The economic slowdown, credit crisis related and prices up everywhere always remind us that we must save up your $$$ but how?? The worst case scenario, either you might been trapped into the hole of debt untill you crazy enough or maybe you will start to think "yeah, it's time to take a new leap". Happy Earth to all bloggers. This is so sudden coz i'm just realized today is the earth day by looking at google browser (NICE!!!). Some info's i got from earth day, inspired by U.S Senator, Gaylord Nelson who was environmental teacher (in 1970). Earth day inspired both awareness and appreciation to the earth's environment. Usually, United Nation celebrated earth day each year on March equinox which is often March 20 inspired by peace activist, john Mcconnel.

The earth day proved popular at united states and around the world. At first, around 2000 college universities, 10,000 primary and secondary schools and hundreds of communites among United States. But, now, more than half a billion people around the world celebrated it every year. Coordinated and observed in 175 countries by nonprofit Earth Day Network. It is become The 2nd largest secular holiday in the world (not including Malaysia coz they are not aware about it!!). That's it for now. Anyway, HAPPY EARTH DAY everybody!!!

My Comment : I started to wonder when Malaysian will raise their concern about environment. Guess maybe i have to wait 10 years to see that Changes. Being malaysian, sometimes u can't really feel what's going on outside your world. That's pretty bad being human who live here. *sigh*

Crazy @ not, I'm going to text my thought today through this blog. This whole weekend, my focus should be concentrate to the final exam BUT i have NO intention to focus. That's why my academic result always STAY at the same level. NOT MORE NOT LESS~STAY THE SAME. Never mind, I'm carefree person~like i care~Actually i cared but sometimes, ahaks!!. At the same time, i'm craving for water..water..where are u??AAAAGHHH!!! Guess after this, i will be 1 of the big supporters for save water campaign. Don't ask me why it happen during this time but what i can said, that's the trend created by UMP to their students especially final semester every year. That's the speciality of UMP and if bloggers really want to experience "craving" for water, then, please, i begging...please visit UMP. But anyway i'm bit relieved, at least, i know how to find the best quality of water around here. U want to know?? excuse me!! sorry. Pay me 10 bucks, mybe i will consider..hahahaha

Let's get back to my real bussiness, actually, i'm not "nerd"ing myself for the book and boring subjects. Well, this semester will be more different. ~must people wonder~. Usually, each final sem's , after studied those subjects for final, i will intoxicate myself with certain comedy series. This time i picked Hannah Montana: Season 2. WHY?? I like number 2, so, dun ask me why, it's more on privacy stuff. What sort of this stupidity during this time???? Oh god, guys!!! for me, engineers are NOT just be frenz with principle of books BUT it's how you apply those principles in real life. That's more important. Well, that's why: half book, half entertainment. That's what current engineers do. It's truth. I asked them, they said, YEAH, engineers need more entertainment!! So let's enjoy your precious time!!!~Hahaha~

Let's talk about Hannah Montana, who played by Miley Cyrus (i just love her music!!!so alive!!). The plot of series is something different from other comedy series like That's so raven (disney series). The series focuse on a girl who lives a double life as an teenage school girl at high school as Miley Stewart by day and a famous pop teenage girl singer named Hannah Montana by night, concealing her real identity to the public, other than her close friends and family. In addition, Miley Cyrus should play the role of "best friend", Lily Romero (later changed to Lily Truscott) because she originally auditioned for that role BUT they thought she will be better for the main character. The names of Hannah Montana, if i'm not mistaken, change a few times. The three previous names were Anna Cabana, Samantha York, and Alexis Texas.

Staring actors are Miley Cyrus (Miley Stewart), Emily Osment (Lily Truscott/Lola), Mitchell Musso (Oliver Olken), JasonEarles (Jackson Stewart), Billy Ray Cyrus (Robby Stewart) and Moises Arias (Rico)-in season 2. Ohh, i just read about Hannah Montana Movie who are just "on screen" in cinemas but i'm not really sure the movie already arrive in Malaysia @ not. Guess i should check it after finale'. Pretty bit busy after this. The movie followed the steps of Lizzie McGuire Series, which is feature-length film released in cinemas. Can't wait to watch it!!! TOO bad, maybe this will be the last movie of Hannah Montana due to film's resolution. "i don't know whether i would do another film, but i would love to do another season." That's what she said but i believe she will, at anytime soon. :)

My Comment: I would love to wacth it again and i can't wait to watch for the next season.~Teenage life should be rock like you, miley cyrus!!~i guess not really coz we're Malaysian, ahahaha~dun ever think about it.

Freedoom or Free-to-doom??

Hey, amigos. Again, i got time to text my thoughts. The whole week is totally BORING coz always the same stuff to do, not much choices but have to obey such routine. IF you don't follow, then,you will suffer your own gut. Today, i like to bring blogger's mind to the core of problem that we always faced through our live as human being. Whether you are Malaysian, China, American @ Arabians (like i care abt those terrorist links,hehe!!), all of us face the same problem; that is "freedom of choice".

last week, i have been given the final task to finished up my improtuous speech. Oh god!! I'm always sucked when it comes to speak "accidentally" coz i didn't prepared myself pretty well. 2 results usually would occured; 1st- either i bet to mumbling much on certain issues that i know OR 2nd- i bet on the issue who i don't even know how to begin with. HAHA, never mind, i know i'm shooting my own ass, so, i don't really mind if mrs zahrinatun (aaghh...so hard to pronounce her name, just called her mrs yani, THAT's ALL!!). I talked about freedom of choice that we might faced in our life. The idea come from the website CloveTWO.com, pretty interesting to read the writer thoughts.

Why it is important to human to have your freedom to choose?? It relies on the total identity of human being to decide their own life. It is common problem that certain of us restricted to choose the best path for their life but believe me, that's how life bring variety to us. You don't even know unless you decide what to do for the sake of your life. Certain people like to control others because they want to keep them in parameter of safety and protection which they think it's right for the person. (Seriously, i don't mingle around with this kind of people coz they didn't give us worthy stuff instead of shame to ourselves). They did it either psychologically @ mentally.

I have the "best medicine" on how to pursue the FREEDOM of CHOICE. What was it?? Something magic words @ superstitious?? HAHA, it's neither if them. The BEST MEDICINE for me to achieve the best freedom of choice is FAITH. Why Faith?? It's really long story but in short, once you have FAITH in your decision, then, i really sure everything turn into something REALLY good. It's like YES MAN movie, if you start to say YES in everything you do, soon everything will turn something good to you. It's far greater than what we can imagine BUT once we believed and decided to choose, so we must put the faith on the line. Always remember, there is always consequences in every decision we made. We must think carefully before we run our decision. That's the best lead for us.

GOD has given us too many stuff and one of it is FREEDOM of CHOICE. Let's try to value and appreciate this gift in the best manner we could do. :) There's an old saying "as human being, we are endowed by the freedom of choice, and we can not shuffle off our responsibility upon the shoulders of god and nature. We must shoulder it ourselves and it is up to us."

Back to back again, with me, i was very boring this morning, thus, i decided to put some texts to my blog, well, blogger always repeat the same thing, if they have ideas, it's better to write down something. For your information, i'm currently "in-progress" to polish my skill in writing some interesting articles. Just shuddap ur goddamn mouth (i meaned me!!). Suddenly,I just browsed about my favourite music, Jai Ho (You Are My Destiny) by pussycat dolls. I found out it's very interesting to share with bloggers. ( I JUST LOVE PUSSYCAT DOLLS!!!)

"Jai Ho" is a Hindi song composed by A. R. Rahman, written by Gulzar, and performed by Sukhwinder Singh and Rahman, for the end credits of the film Slumdog Millionaire (2008), where it accompanies a choreographed dance sequence. The song also features vocals by Tanvi Shah, Mahalakshmi Iyer and Vijay Prakash.

In translation, the title means "Freedom to Thee". It can also mean "Praise", "Hail" or "Hallelujah". When translated directly into hindi, "jai" means "prayer" or "pray." "Jai ho" is usually said collectively during and at the end of prayers. The lyrics are mostly in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi interspersed with some Spanish lyrics. MY COMMENT : The reason i withdraw this article to enlighten the misconception @ misunderstood created by friends of mine who thought JAI HO song was the religion supersiticious of hinduism. THAT's perfectly UNTRUE and here some of the facts that might clear-off the misconception. OVERALL rating for this song is **** out of *****. I Just love it!!

Transparency creates OPACITY, is it??

HI:p..It's been a while i haven't keep in touch with my blog. So, let's take a look what i had written here..Let's see how GREAT undergraduate engineer talk about economy.

The economic downturn begin to creates crises in Malaysia, more jobs were cut-off due to minimising the cost involved & instability economic is worried by many people from each level. Nobody is exceptional in this case & it is the tipping point for everyone. I have GOOD question to ask :"Why some stocks plunge precipitously after a good run and why it is so hard to recover?". This question is asked to any Malaysian, i really hope someone can answer me.

Refer to the Transparency: Whether it can prevent future crises. I have the same thought like every economist around the world that the current economic should have the transparency to strengthen the international financial architecture. Today, every people realized how terrible economic could effect their social life and of course the world. The strange things that i realized from the current crisis, the credit crisis is happened in full transparency & completely in front of everyone. Where does this TRANSPARENCY play its role for?? Does it creates opacity to the people around the world?? well, i do hope i can find the ANSWER here.

Transparency refers to a process by which information about existing condition, decisions and actions are made accessible, visible and understandable. Transparency refer to action & is NOT about WORDS. After the Asian crises in 1997, the reforms made in accounting and disclosure made information more accessible. If you guys, go to the website, you would find information disclosed by Lehmans, AIG, the Fed, Bank of England, warning about the risks but still the crisis still happened. I think every people agreed that the roots of crisis is so complicated that almost no one understood where to begin to stop the crisis. Plenty of information but such information was not understandable. So, would more rules on transparency will help???

Refer to Andrew Sheng, THINK ASIAN Article, he said "instead of making a complex system more complex, and adding more regulation to already complex rules, we should try to make things simple and understandable." People tend to make each system more complex and make others confused in order to make more money. That's the reality. No one really wants to admit it but i do. He also added that "lots of professionals, including lawyers, LOVE to make things very complicated so that they can make more money by providing complex advice."I'm also not exceptional from this case because i believed the more complex we tend to give to other people, more respect and money will come after that. Well, it's really FUNNY to say so BUT it's reality. (coz i'm always speak in more complex ways!!)

As conclusion, the economic crisis happened due to the UNCLEAR Transparency which is too much unidentified credit is plunged into it. The huge losses of bussiness, the toxicity, the prices collapsed as well as huge illiquidity might be the big contribution to the current crises. It is the fact that no one really understand the current crises and no one know how to begin to sto the crises. There is a quotes say "Action speaks louder than words" could clear off the transparency that we misunderstood and we hope that at the same time it creates opacity to save the world. Like "Smoking Kills" printed in each boxes of cigarette, but people still smoke. Well, it's the real facts of life and i hope the quotes could be taken seriously after this.

Content : Why the greywater is used as the best method.

JAKARTA: The country’s highest Islamic authority has come under fire for bans on vote abstention, smoking and yoga. The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) issued several edicts last Sunday that, among others, partially ban smoking and certain aspects of yoga. Edicts on the bans were issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) during its two-day national meeting in Padangpanjang, West Sumatra, which ended Sunday. Some 700 clerics from the council agreed Muslims were forbidden to abstain from voting in elections if “qualified” candidates existed. “Islam obliges Muslims to elect their leaders if the latter meet certain criteria,” Gusrizal Gazahar, MUI West Sumatra head, said after the meeting. The criteria include “being Muslim, honest, brilliant and ready to fight for the people,” the council added. It also forbade smoking by children and pregnant women, and smoking in public places. Outside these conditions, smoking was still deemed makruh (blameworthy) for Muslims, it said.

But Muslims can continue to perform yoga for purely health reasons, the council added. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Indonesia’s biggest Islamic organisation, slammed the edicts as “excessive.” NU deputy head Masdar F. Mas’udi said the MUI should not have dragged religion into the three matters. Yoga, as it is practiced in Indonesia, he said, was a pastime and must not be seen in the context of religious worship. To discourage people from smoking, he added, the MUI should not use “Islamic law” as a tool. “What’s important is to inform the public of the bad effects of smoking and urge the government to enforce policies to discourage smoking,” Masdar told The Jakarta Post. He also said the MUI should “not bring in God and threaten people with hell” if it wanted to encourage Muslims to vote.

Political expert Syamsuddin Haris agreed the MUI should not force people to vote, saying it was their democratic right to vote or not. “It’s absolutely pointless. A religious body shouldn’t dictate political behaviour,” he told tempointeraktif.com, adding the edict would have little impact. Muslim scholar Azyumardi Azra also slammed the ban on yoga as “excessive” and “counterproductive.” However, he lauded the edicts against vote abstention and smoking, saying the former was “positive” in strengthening democracy and elected administrations. Azyumardi, an assistant to Vice President Jusuf Kalla, said the MUI had “compromised” and taken “accommodating” measures to partly forbid smoking, considering the fact the tobacco industry employed so many workers and contributed much to the country’s economy.

My comment : It seems MUI has their own reasons why they have to opposed such edicts but it is clearly that islam enlighten "peace" and open minded. In the case of banned of yoga and certain matters, it is better to consider every aspects and elements involved. I believed Islam never ever ban something without considering anything. The effort of MUI should be praised and encouraged. This is how cooperation worked well among muslim community.

How could human be treated like this & why many people are so blinded by the truth. Can't you really see what's going on??? Is this really fair to Palestinian. What else Israel want to take from them?? What are they?? Animal or satan??. Only God can punished them in more tribulation. My eyes drown out by tears as i looked further to all those pictures, my heart felt so hot and big burden that i as Muslim can't do anything to help my Muslim-brothers who are struggling to fight for their freedom. This is not the first time they have been treated like this BUT since 1948 until now,2009. The endless war of century. The differences of religion, myth, land owner bring the battle becoming more merciless and fearless. Please take a look at those pictures, feel it, how does it feel if we are treated like that, our siblings, parent, babies die in front of your eyes, does it feel good to u?? It's been a while & still breathing this time to put some dotes in my Blog. Well, lately busy with the tight schedule of classess & club's activities, but here am i rite now, actually it's mid-term break & i'm already expected this week will be kind of boring. HEHE, but of coz, my life won't get tired bcoz of that..hehe(getting used to it). Just another few days, all my chinese frenz will celebrate their Chinese new Year & this year is Ox-year which stands for resilient & determination. Put more effort to build and strengthen our economy to face the Global Economic Crisis. GO MALAYSIAN!!! YEAH!!

Many people really concern & fear about the effect of Downturn economic to our country but stimulus packages to enhance the local economic crowth currently implemented this year & also effort of Bank Negara to setting up the MYR 2 Billion SME Assistance Guarantee Scheme to reduce the fear among local bussiness affected by world crisis. I'm still feel relief that our country still have strong economic but the effort should continue to make the significance development towards decreasing the unemployment rate in our local workers. At least 200,000 workers lost their job & not "common" amount but it's very serious numbers as the number will grow if the World Economic doesn't show Positive significance of recovery. The struggling economy should start from now.

His teams seeks various options to tackle the worsening economic such as setting up a government-run bank, or possibly banks, to acquire bad assets to clogging the financial system. The serious illness caused by Bush administration, while the last day of his "glory" has to struggled to contain the crisis & the significance, of coz slow and analysis has been conducted to recognise how much it was weakening the economy. Many factors caused the instability of liquidity and volatile market.

The sudden contraction of the global economic is worrying various level of our society & this will trigger the fear recession that i felt could spark a dangerous deflation to our country and again 1997 nightmare.NO..NO..I hope Malaysia will still stable & i need to work for my family. The situation gain out of control. The immediate ceasefire in Gaza has been issued by United Nation due to Israel's 13-days offensive towards Gaza. With the crisis of Gaza and southern Israel having reached its fifth day, Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon appealed for an urgent of ceasefire to end the violemce and allow the crucial humanitarian aid to reach Gazans. Unexpected news make people suprised that The United States abstained in the votes. The United States which along with Britain and France sought to win over Arab states to the resolution & its abstention come as a suprise. Some Arab officials feared that the United States abstention could weaken the pressure on Israel to comply.

The impact of recent fighting which has claimed over 300 lives, including those dozens of women and children has been nothing short of terrifying for the 1.5 million people in Gaza. Without a halt to the violence, humanitarian supplies cannot reach the vulnerable and civilians cannot leave their homes to access medical care, he said, calling on all parties to deal with the humanitarian and economic needs in Gaza. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was quoted by media reports as saying conditions were not yet ripe for a ceasefire since they had not yet reached the point of promising safety in southern Israel which has been targeted by increasingly longer-range Hamas missiles from Gaza.

Thanks to all the organizing committee and i believed they did a GREAT JOB!!! especially Mr Alex Chew Kui Fuei, very serious and handsome guy. Guess, Chinese sure fall in love due to his seriousness along the program.HAHA!! He love it to be like that and he even admitted to me. As Conclusion, The prestigious program like this should have the good basement and unite committee even it is not really consider big BUT as far as i concerned, it bring GREAT impact to all participants, That's the most important!!! Hope Umpians realize this opportunity to grow their expectation more than the current we own rite now. The Transformation agenda by UMP Vice-chancellor should enlighten to all student leaders How Importance to internationalize the academic as well as services.

Have you heard "mozzarella cheese"??For those who are big fan of pizza 0r lasagna, maybe they know. what is "mozzarella" actually and what it is made off?? To tell you the truth, i'm not really know about "mozarella" but my eyes are captured by the articles in BERNAMA "Fresh Mozzarella, made in Malaysia" by Sakina Mohamed. MOZZARELLA...now i seek The Truth about you.

When it talks about Mozzarella, something like delicious-tasting stringy cheese will come in our mind (actually, the word remarks the Italian delicacies like pizzas). Well, not much people know that "mozzarella" is used in the most of pizzas, lasagna, or served with sliced tomatoes and basil in insalata caprese. For your information, mozzarella cheese is the imported dairy product which comes from Australia (mostly products in Malaysia). Privatisation, is it GOOD or BAD??

For the next post, today, i would like to share my thoughts of the Hot issue regarding the "privatisation". What is that mean by the word "privatisation"?? It means the incidence or process of transferring ownership of business from the public sector (government) to the private sector (business). The term used to be understand as the unrelated transactions. First, it is a buyout by the majority owner of all shares of public corporation or holding company's stock, privatizing the publicly traded store. Second, demutualization (click here) of a mutual organization or cooperative to form a joint stock company. That's what i understand from my reading material stuff. So, how this "privatisation" affect the certain markets due to increment of the tendency of free market???

Respond to Tun dr Mahathir post in his blog "IJN privatisation" or "National Heart Institution privatisation", it is well-known that Tun is the pioneer of "privatisation" of Malaysian assets during his era. He mentioned in his blog, "Privatisation" may bring more benefits but this "IJN privatisation" is the wrong thing to do because 80% of patients are poor. He also questioned Will Sime Darby shoulder the burden of losses due to costly treatment and which IJN lossed a lot of money just to make sure people gain their healthy??. That's make sense. Sime Darby should think about their proposal. I know they might be Confidence to gain the people interest but Should they think further of the proposal?? That's how it should be.

Certain Pro-Privatisation, they mentioned that private market more efficiently deliver goods and service than government due to free market competition. In general, the free market will lead to the lowest prices, improve quality, many choices, less corruption, and quicker delivery. Basic argument which is stated that governments have a few incentives to ensure that the enterprises should well run. Government also can raise money from taxation or simply printing money should revenues be insufficient, unlike a private owner. In this case, it seems that government would like to take advantages from the opportunity given by the Sime Darby. This is really unfair if the government act so.

Tun Dr Mahathir with IJN workers: Personal attachment might enlighten some issues to IJN privatisation.

For opponents of Pro-Privatisation, believe certain parts of the social terrain should remain closed to market forces in order to protect them from the unpredictability and ruthlessness of the market. Some of the utilities which government provides benefit society at large are indirect and difficult to measure or unable to produce a profit. Another view is that "privatisation" is not compatible to the government mission for social support. This are certain reasons why it is not practical to certain people. To conclude the above matter, i assumed that "privatisation" has both good and bad quality. It can't be denied that certain public sectors should be privatise to reduce the government burden BUT in IJN case, i oppose the Sime Darby's proposal to take over IJN for their Good reasons. It should not be privatise in any circumstances and let it be our pride to contribute something to the society (poor people).

Some thoughts regarding what i read at the last month. Most every Malaysian know about Shah Rukh Khan and he even known as "king of Bollywood". Group of females who even screamed "i love you" to him due to his popularity in Malaysia nowadays. December 6 2008 "Datukship" has been awarded to King of Bollywood, Mr Shah Rukh Khan due to his contribution of promoting Malacca through his previous movie, One 2 Ka Four. Malacca also just being remarked as the world of heritage sites by UNESCO.(click this) The remarkable award has been controversial since the last 2 months due to dissatisfaction of local entertainer by claiming that the award was not belong to the outsider.

the touchy subject of his private life, it seems like he seldomly travel along with his wife, Gauri Khan(Hindu) these days. Churning gossip regarding his private life can be possibly rift. Well, it might be touchy subject since both of them were different religions (Mr Khan-Muslim, Gauri-Hindu). he did mentioned that “Gauri and I combine both Islam and Hindu religious background into our children’s education,”. That's how it works for them. Additional, Mr Khan also never hidden any facts that he's a muslim and being so proud to be a muslim actor. Actually, i do really feel it is Quite OK for the outsider like him being given the award as long as the acceptor feel responsibility to contribute something for the state. Mr khan also mentioned next year, Mumbai team will come to Malacca to identify possible locations for the upcoming shooting movies. Malacca need some catalyst to boost the popularity as the UNESCO-World Heritage sites. More effort should be focused by the state government to promote Malacca to the international appearance. Learning science and mathematics is really fun

There are many debates and discussion nowadays regarding the issue to continue the teaching of science and mathematics in English as the best medium of language. Although it is believed that certain individual are not really adapted to the English usage for the subjects and it might not be a “HAPPY” for them if education ministry still want to remain the English as a medium of teaching science and mathematics. Personally, I think it might be a good for the government to remain the method as I believe it will bring advantages to Malaysian in the next 10 years. What makes me to speak so? If we compare our country to other successful countries, we still in the bottom list and if we realized, Malaysian especially Malays are not marketable enough due to lack of proficiency in English communication. Being Malaysian does not mean you can not mastering other languages and the importance of English can not be denied here.

Occasionally, I’m really proud with my own dialect (Malay languages) but when it comes to decide which languages to use for teaching of science and mathematics, of course the answer is English. During my time (Malay language used to be the medium of teaching for both subjects), learning science and mathematics is consider easier because both subjects used Malay language as the medium and the terms used are very simple to understand. When it comes to matriculation program which emphasize English as the medium of teaching and communication, I’m really in the trouble. Due to my lack of English skills and slowly adapted to the English usage, I only managed to score less than 3.00. Until now, I’m still facing the same thing but I keep on moving. If I were manage to learn science and mathematics in English from early age, learning both subjects will not be so harder than it used to be.

English language is the global language and learning the language does not mean we are “westernised” and less Malaysian. The sort of thinking should be cut off from our mind. Students nowadays are really intelligent and smart but if they do not know how to speak English in the international stage, sadly to say, you are not GOOD. You might feel it is “unfair” to judge such thing but it is the truth. Do not act so selfish just because Malay is not the medium of languages to use. We should believe from now that the English usage from the early age might bring some advantages to all students. The world is facing the great challenges and if Malaysia can not produce the excellent graduates, who might be the GOOD leader of Malaysia if they do not know how to speak English. Do not judge think in small range and think about the positive feedback that we will gain in the future.

The global economic crisis has becoming worse and remaining hopes that it will turn the corner soon were dashed with more big firms in crisis, stock markets and currencies in turmoil. Soon, Malaysia will feel the impact of credit crisis and more economic experts should be start thinking the solution. It’s better for Malaysian to think how to survive this world crisis rather than debating about the teaching of English in science and mathematic. I do hope education ministry will remain the use of English in teaching science and mathematic for the sake of younger generation.

If the World tears apart, what will happen to us?? Yeah, the “so-called” good question for every human being like Malaysian. Corruption, politic money, crimes, commit suicide and much more acts keep playing twilight which revolve around, not even a single mole of minutes to be “the end”, it’s like being the major spreading diseases among human day by day. Take a closer look, human lost humanity & never regain conscious until the World tears part. As results, mental illness man is created who affected by those creation of the world. Mental illness has been classified as mental disorder to human, imbalance attitude, and might causes injure to himself or people. Even so, there is still human still keep their sanity by balancing good and bad sides.

It’s just good kick-start for every reader to make the article much more ‘attractive look” a little bit.(still wander whether I can beat Joan @ not, if my writing skill has improved) As I browse my favourite reading stuff, THE STAR, I was deeply touched by article written by Wani Muthiah, “reaching out for some aid”. The article tells how Dr Andrew Mohanraj, german psychiatrist with CBM international (non-government organization) request aid from Malaysian to help 85-year old mother of a mentally-ill man (known as Aisyah Ahmad) who live in remote area in Aceh Besar (Indonesia province). He explained the condition of her son which suffers serious mental illness and kept locked up in the ramshackle house which is to kept his own safety from injure himself or being beaten up if left wander around. Aishah’s current condition also does not allowed her to always look up to her son (since she was too old) & furthermore, the ramshackle house need to rebuilt so that Abu Bakar Yusof, 45 (Aisyah’s son) cannot escape from his hole-riddled room as his mother has no “good” condition to chase after him. She also makes sure that her son takes all his medication on time.

CBM under Dr Mohanraj, has working towards Abu Bakar rehabilitation which will provide the right drug to counter his problem. Something to look further, Aisyah holds deeply determination by protecting her own son no matter what reason and she even willing to sacrifice her entire life just for that. I’m deeply touched and cried for a moment. How she had such stronger determination to put her life at her stakes. She deserves a better life. She is really “something” to be proud. No one ever knows her tears, suffers, screams & only the GOD knows. I hope someday, I could help to feed this people with money to replace their suffer, maybe that is not enough. Please help them!! Please help Aisyah and her son, Abu Bakar

Hello & hi everybody!!it's been a while since i haven't send my post.

My post today regarding the removing of fuel subsidies by the government. Well, tracking the global crude prices that continuous falling down below $50 per barrel,expectation??!!Of coz, the reduction of oil prices!!Currently in Malaysia, the retail price of RM2.00 per litre of petrol is too higher for commercial price which is RM1.64,affected by declining fast of global prices. According to Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad, the retail price would have to take into consideration other cost factors such as the refinery cost. Should we consider this reason might be another reasons created in other to cheating people??i think the cost of refinary cost might not costing thousands of billion ringgit just because we need to cover the cost.ABSURD!!Political stuff again..Show the proof, then we can believe whether the people's money is used properly. According to our DPM Dato' Seri Najib, Don't expect the pump prices to be constantly reduced. Yeah, It's true & we, people care about this fuel prices because it affects the other things. At the end, consumer has no right to stabilize the current condition & more people getting suffer from this action. The volatility of global prices might reduce the petrol dealers benefits. Since the government move to reduce petrol price due to current global price, this might be the tougher transition because the dealers need to set up again their monthly budget & might cut @ increase other goods prices due to necessity. The cash rebate for motorist might not be relevent enough to curb the problem. I'm not really agree with his statement "If oil is too cheap we will not work very hard to seek alternative sources of fuel". Then, what's the purpose of having so much scientists & engineers if they just relax and not seeking any alternative resources. They are not so stupid & decide like that. Expectation for petroleum depletion might be the STRONG reason why we must find alternative resources. That's all that matters.

But it's not totally i hate the government movement to stabilize the crude oil price but it's just not cope with the people's demand. The act of National Economic Action Council (NEAC) that will meet at 1 December might seem the best movement to stabilize the economic petrol price for Rakyat. The purpose of meeting to decide whether to choose between the current managed-float mechanism or be fixed at a minimum price. I Prefered they choose fixed at a minumum price. Great impact to stabilize the sluggish downturn of economy. Let public benefit from the price falls might just be "comfortable" statement to calm the public right now. Whether the current price might fall below $40 seems really possible. Noted by certain articles "economic concerns are clearly trumping any further production cuts by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, which accounts for about 40 percent of global supply. OPEC lowered production quotas by 1.5 million barrels a day last month, and some analysts predict even lower levels to come out of the cartel's next official meeting Dec. 17". The production might be expected lower in the next month. Oil prices have been crushed as the global economic downturn has diminished demand.

As it is, inflation has risen sharply and the higher costs of energy and poorer sentiment would have affected growth in output, an expensive lesson indeed for Malaysia. What choices we really have right now??

~Good Day~Do you believe if i say women are getting closer to men right now?? well, i don't mean getting closer in terms of physical stuff BUT it's more on men's stuff. Nowadays, more women becoming the people who are NOT standing behind the closet @ wall. I have to admit that it's no longer man's world today. It is no doubt, women are entered professions who previously attached to male-solely. Such strong examples that could make men feel "challenge" are Director of gas & power in SHELL's Executive Committee owned by women, Mrs Linda Cook. There's Angela Merkel becoming Chancellor of Germany who's first ranked on Forbes' list of the world's 100 most powerful women. They really aiming for the higher stage of the world.

Nur Moana Ishak, the first female commercial airline pilots in Malaysia and is now a first officer with AirAsia.

Talk about be more "open" like men, nowadays, certain women like to approach men or guy. Is this really appropriate?? certain women prefer men to flirt & confess them, that's natural. How about women start to flirt the guy, will it be weird?? Is it possible?? If America, it seems REALLY possible. Let's talk more about it. In people perception, what's so wrong about women approaching men?? This point-of-view really irrelevent. Why?? because, not everybody born in the same idea & critically to say those ideas make people so idiot facing the new challenges of life.

The writer told his experience which was asked out by women once. "I was with a group of friends, a relatively new group for me as I had been invited to just a couple outings, and the night was drawing to a close. As I walked to my car, one of the women at the table who was parked close by, asked me out, plain and simple."Hey, are you seeing anyone right now?" she politely asked. "No, I'm not," I responded, a bit surprised and wondering where this line of questioning was going. "Well, I was wondering if you would like to go out sometime for some food or something," she followed up. "Sure, that would be great. Just shoot me an e-mail," I said with a smile." That's how it works.

Some men can't read signals given by women. No matter how sparkle they are, men is still men, full ego & tend not to confess untill they have been struck by lightning or something. As men, i'm proudly say I CAN'T READ THOSE SIGNAL. It's hard to understand their feeling. Complicated as described by myself. What i can read @ understand is the referee's signal of the football (obviously & i'm not big fan of footballers like other men). So, gentlemen out there..start your engine to the max, give what you got, never say "sorry" to women anymore, & foremost, give women chance to flirt us too, IT's 100% not WEIRD, am i just say that?? HUHU... :p

~good day~Roti canai getting cheaper..WOW!! Nasi kandar cheaper...Super WOW!! Teh tarik also Cheaper...hahaha..this news really make me laugh but even it's really interesting to know that more traders reduce their products in order to support "price reduction campaign" held by Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs. The reason of price reduction, of course, the reduction of global crude-oil prices falling down from $145 to $65 significantly affected by the global Financial Turmoil. More traders should take effort to reduce price of goods.

Not exceptional, "Kedai Mamak" in the town. The Muslim Restaurant Operators Association (Presma) and the Malaysian Indian Restaurant Owners’ Association (Primas) have decided to support the Government’s move on price reduction. Nasi kandar will see a reduction of 20 sen a plate, while roti canai (and other roti items such as roti telur, roti pisang) and teh tarik will see a reduction of 10 sen each. As mentioned by them, the price reduction will be on voluntary basis & there is no fixed maximum prices for these 3 food items.

Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Shahrir Samad said consumers could check the prices against the price-list in the restaurants. The price range in the Klang Valley was between RM4 and RM5.50 for nasi kandar, 90 sen and RM1.50 for teh tarik, and 70 sen and RM1.20 for roti canai. Presma president Jamarulkhan Kadir said the prices of the three items, however, would differ depending on the location of the restaurants.

I don't care so much about this 3 food items reduce their prices but thinking back, maybe it bring POSITIVE outlook. Most Consumers will start to believe that the government will force more traders to reduce their prices too. As results, it helps most consumers especially family who live in poverty. If we analyze the condition of 1997, most consumers being affected much by the economy crisis; more people loosed their jobs just like what Singapore facing today. Since, The global tend to strive from Global Economic Crisis, How Malaysia could enhance their oppurtunity by reducing their prices?? I still doubt. How many traders willing to take a risk?? that's also the big question, whether they can cope with the current prices.

Certain traders may think, it's better to gain some benefits from the falling down of crude-oil prices & take advantages in order to support them if The global once again increase the price. Not all consumers have similar thoughts. As stated by PRESMA president, the reduction price may effected their profit margin. It's not big controversial for them because they have a lot of franchises & they have their own association to support them. How small traders want to cope??
With small profit, they tend to choose not to support the government instead crude oil price reduction. At the end, consumers are the most infected by the problem. As consumers, what can we do now is sit & watch this little "act" of government.

I'm certainly not doing any review regarding Najib's proposal to inject thousands of money for the sake of people. It's certainly bring more BAD significance to the country. But i hope to make the review first. I will come out with the review article later. So, consumer! do your job & make sure all traders reduce their prices for our own good. Their own good?? let them think about it.

The Star Review (1st part)

~Good Day~Today, i would like to share my thought regarding the article taken from The star entitled "Obama, Climate change & Change China" written by Global Trends, Martin Khor. Since Obama won the American 44th elected presidential, the world place its hope on him & force him to take stronger actions to change his country's policy due to climate change. American has been labelled as CLIMATE SCEPTIC because its opted out(individual who can avoid receiving service information) of the Kyoto protocol (Protocol by UNFCCC on stabilizing of greenhouses gases) & of course, the former President, George W. Bush even denied the climate change problem.
*sigh*

Points from the whole article :

* China's Prime minister, Wen Jiao Bao who opened the international conference in purpose to examine the technology development & tranfers inthe climate change process.

* No progress had been made on the transfer of climate-friendly technologies ( developed countries targetted to support transfer funds & climate-friendly tecnologies)

* Ministers & officials of 70 Countries attended the workshop, organised by chinese government & UN department of economic & social affairs.

* Climate change should not be addressed at the cost of development, nor should economic growth be blindly pursued with disregard to climate change threats.

* Target to reduce energy intensity per unit of GDP by 20% in five years, and development of clean and renewable energy.

* Barriers to technology transfer; climate-friendly technologies are too costly for developing countries; differing views on whether the global intellectual property rights (IPRs) regime

Information technology may play the role in developing countries

Conclusion : Climate Change should influence the developed countries to share their technologies in order to bring advantages for both local & international toward establishing the humanity development among society.

FUTURAMA review

~Good Day~ This time, i would like to share My favourite sitcom@comedy. It's kinda paint if you don't watch some comedy series because it really help you to LAUGH (HAHAHA..see, i'm laughing). Talking about that, yeah i got some recommendation. FUTURAMA, the Emmy-Award Winning animated American Sitcom, created by Matt Groening (Creator of The Simpson) developed for FOX Network. The series bring to you The Adventures of Pizza Delivery Boy Philip J. Fry after cyrogenically frozen, seconds after the start of the twenty-first century & wakes up in the year 3000.(WOW!!,sound ridiculous & fun too)

You must be wonder Where "FUTURAMA" name comes. According to Matt Groening, FUTURAMA comes from pavilion at the 1939 New York World's Fair depicted how the creator imagined the world to look in 1959. That's where it comes from. This adventure of Philip J. fry whose plot revolves around the planet express delivery & its employees. So, it's time to introduce the characters.

Philip J. Fry

Immature, slovenly pizza delivery boy who is frozen just after midnight on January 1, 2000 reawakening in New Year's eve 2999. He gets a job as cargo boy at planet express, company owned by his closest relative , Profesor Hubert J. Fansworth. Known as dim-witted & accident prone, & love Leela in secret (only Bender know!!).

Turanga Leela

the competent, one-eye captain of the planet express ship. abandoned as a baby, grew up in Orphanarium believing herself to be an alien from unknown race. She later learns that she is actually a mutant from the sewers. She used to work as career assignment officer at the cyronic labs where she first met fry.She acts as a fry's love interest.

Bender Bending Rodriguez

Bender is a heavy drinking, cigar-smoking, kleptomaniac, misanthropic, egocentric, ill-tempered robot, originally programmed to bend girders for suicide booths, & now as assisstant sales manager of express delivery. Fry's best friend & roomate. Known to have desires to be Folk singer or a chef. He's also the chef of express delivery.

Profesor Hubert J. Fansworth

168 years old, fry's distant nephew & closest living relative. Farnsworth founded Planet Express to fund his mad-science-esque experiments and inventions.

As the show begins, the word "Futurama" is displayed across the screen along with a joke caption such as "Painstakingly Drawn in Front of a Live Audience", "Filmed on location", "Soon to be a Major Religion", or "Dancing Space Potatoes? YOU BET !" in most episodes, the ships physically crashes into the screen destroying the glass & stuck in the process. Although the series utilized a wide range of styles of humor but for Matt Groening notes that, from the show's conception, his goal was to take what was, on the surface, a goofy comedy and show that underneath were "legitimate literary science fiction concepts". So, that's a little tit-bits of FUTURAMA & if you are not laughing for watching the series, you better die, haha~Just Joke~

Water (H2O) live as part of 70% of Human Body

~Good Day~ The Monthly Review for Reader’s Digest November Edition. I found a few of articles which is interesting to share with Bloggers & Readers. “Tapping into Metro Manila Water” written by Rodel G Offemaria talks about experience of masses who live in Manila. Rodolfo Alaman Jr. who live in the big city, walks to his neighbour’s house, open the taps on a house, fills several containers for 2-day supply of water for his cooking & cleaning stuff. Less than 20 years ago, he lined up until dawn just to gain for his water-supply, led to frayed nerves & fight sometimes. It repeated every day across Manila that makes the 14 cities, 3 towns, 11 million people struggles for life with water deficiency, faltering water quality & high cost life. Judging by the situation, the water supply can’t cope with the demand & leaks.

An Asian Development Bank study noted that Manila's poor residents in 1995 spent ''up to 20 percent'' on water peddled at more than seven times the cost charged by the government-owned Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System. Some efforts to improve are the government give the concession to private water companies to take in-charge city’s east zone (Manila Water Company) & west (Mayniland Water Services), closed down of industrial deep wells (refer to shopping malls usually), encourage real estate development & building to adopt water treatment system, hire private water tester company to monitoring the contaminated water for students & water driven transformation reduces the queue for water.

“Jakarta Water Woes” written by Tifa Asrianti talks about Water-supply problem faced by residential of North Jakarta. Luki ariffin, resident of affected area used the water for washing purposes & drinking needs. Their residential area located at low land area, stop using groundwater for long time ago because of excessive pumping of ground water caused land subsidence & seawater infiltration. The government takes same steps what did by manila government; give the concession company to take in-charge. The water companies lagging in performance causes consumers to stop using tap water (some areas in Jakarta) & exploiting the groundwater.

With 13 rivers polluted, Dam at West jaya is the Only hope to serve 700,000 water consumers. Last year survey conducted by WWF Indonesia predicts that Citarum River which supply for the dam may experience the water supply shortage due to warmer temperature & extensive land uses.

“Pioneer in Low-Pressure Membrane Filters” written by Glenn van Zutphen talks about the pioneer of Membrane Filters to separate water & wastewater from their impure elements. Dr Benedek & Francois Fiesinger pioneered the ultra filtration, low-pressure technology to get rid of the most biological material & bacteria. He always refer to nature uses the natural membrane to filter out unwanted microbes in mangrove swamps & wetlands. The United Nations Development Programme in a 2006 report, are the cause of 1.8 million kids dying each year from diarrhea and up to 50 percent of patients landing in hospital

The Zenon Company (Dr benedek company) sent 80 membrane filtration units to Sri Lanka to supply drinking water. He notes that for less than US$1000 each, the units produce microbe-free water and need no chlorine or other chemicals (and no one to handle them), as do some traditional forms of filtration.

(This is something worthy to be share to community & hope those out there realize how importance to keep protect our healthy water from pollution)

How can we object to the murder of an individual when we approve mass killings of innocent people. Yet that is what we do in war – we kill people, not always soldiers who may kill us but, now, more and more often, innocent civilians who can do us no harm. War was in ancient times a necessary option in the settlement of conflicts between primitive people or uncivilised nations. But in those days the capacity to kill and to destroy was limited. The weapons used were incapable of mass destruction or mass killings. Soldiers had to handle the swords, bows and arrows, spears and daggers themselves. They had to face enemies who were similarly armed. If they fail to kill the enemy they would be killed themselves.

We do not think of the smell of war, of the smell of rotting bodies, of gangrenous legs and arms, because our television cannot bring these odours to our comfortable sitting room. In fact the TV cameras avoid showing the horrors resulting from the war. They do not want to offend our sensitivities. Nor do they record and broadcast the screams of pain of the wounded and the dying.

The people who sent these young people to fight their wars will be safe.They will eat well, drink well and enjoy life’s luxuries. It is the young who will suffer, who will pay the ultimate price. That is what war really is – not a glorious struggle for democracy and human rights, but merely to satisfy the crazy ambitions of lying leaders of the powerful countries. In the old days leaders and generals lead from the front. The cowardly leaders of today stay clear thousands of miles from the front, sipping wine and gorging themselves on the finest food.

The cost of the war in Iraq for the U.S. is estimated by Joseph Stiglitz the Nobel Laureate to be more than US$ 3 trillion dollars so far. It is going to go on gulping more and more money. Even the U.S. cannot afford to lose this amount of money, especially when victory has not and will not be achieved. Imagine what we can do for the poor and the sick of the world with just a fraction of the 3 trillion.

In Vietnam the powerful U.S. military was soundly thrashed by pyjamaclad Viet peasants until the U.S. ran away helter-skelter. In Afghanistan the Taliban have successfully confined the NATO forces to certain towns only. In Baghdad the American and British forces have achieved none of their objectives. Killing Saddam has not resulted in ending the war. “Shock and Awe” have not overawed the Iraqis and forced them into submitting. nor do we find democracy
spreading.

The rise in oil prices are connected with war. And oil prices affect the prices of all goods. In other words, the increase in oil prices brings about inflation. The poor of this world will be the ones most affected. But the rich will suffer also. We are seeing this happening now.

We cannot claim to be civilised when we kill and destroy in order to prove how right we are or how just and fair we are.I say criminalise war and punish the leaders and the people who resort to war in order to settle disputes with other countries

(War is not the best solution to solve conflict in modern days & i believe being civilized doesn't mean to show the modern weapons who killed masses of people by saying it's PEACE. That's just show how Stupidity as human. STOP THIS POINTLESS WAR!!)

PROP 8 on The Probe!!

Hi & good day to everyone. The urbanised environment exposes the people to the negative influences of modern society. As results, the people power of reasoning often gives rise to society tension. Through out disagreements are usually centred around mundane issues like same-sex marriages which is currently the hot topic to be discuss. Today, the post will highlight certain perception, opinion or the story-related regarding the Proposition 8 (Prop 8) of California. The main frame of the issue is to gain the equality rights of same-sex marriage & constitutional amendment of California.

Proposition 8 is California state ballot that would amend the state constitution, to restrict the definition of marriage to “only” a union between a man & a woman, overturning the recent California Supreme Court decision that had recognised same-sex marriage in California as a fundamental right. The Official ballot title language for Proposition 8 was “eliminates right of same-sex couples to marry” or in other meaning is “only marriage between a man & a woman is valid @ recognized in California”

After The Obama won the election, the result showed uncertified. With the presence report, the vote was 52.5% in favor of proposition 8 & 47.5% against with the difference of 504,000 votes. The organizer “No on Prop 8”campaign expressed discourage & admitted the defeat as his claim "Tuesday’s vote was deeply disappointing to all who believe in equal treatment under the law". A little bit about the campaign. The campaign for & against the Prop 8 raised $35.8 million & $37.8 million, respectively, becoming the highest funded campaign on any state ballot except the presidential contest. The Protectmarriage.com sponsored the initiatives & argued due to failure to amend the constitution would requires certain changes to school curriculum & threaten Church benefits. On November 5 2008, 3 cases were filed.

In 1850, California's marriage statutes used gender-neutral language, without reference to "man" or "woman," in providing that marriage is a personal relation arising out of a civil contract to which the consent of the parties capable of making the contract is necessary. While California did not explicitly define marriage as being between a man and a woman, court decisions and some statutes dating from both statehood and the 1872 codification of the civil law assumed as much. In 1948, the California Supreme Court recognized marriage as a fundamental right when it became the first state court in the country to strike down a law prohibiting interracial marriage.

1977 - 2008 : Opposite Sex marriage

In 1977, the legislature amended Civil Code section 4100 (predecessor to what is now codified at Family Code section 300) to read that marriage is "a personal relation arising out of a civil contract between a man and a woman". In 2007, the legislature commented that the gender-specific description of marriage "specifically discriminated in favor of heterosexual couples and discriminated against, and continues to discriminate against, same-sex couples." In 2000, voters passed ballot initiative Proposition 22 with 61% of the vote, which added a section to the California Family Code to formally define marriage in California as a union between a man and a woman

2004 - 2007 : Attempts to regain recognition for same-sex marriage

In 2004, a number of developments arose in the wake of Mayor Gavin newsome's decision to authorize the issuance of marriage licenses to same sex couples by the city & county of san francisco. The 3,995 marriages were annuled San Francisco began a legal challenge that was consolidated with other cases as in re marriage cases by the California Supreme Court, but . In 2005 the California state legislature passed the Religious Freedom and Civil Marriage Protection Act which would have recognized same-sex marriage in California. 2005-2008 : Initiatives to forbid recognition of same-sex marriage in the state constitution

From 2005 to 2008, opponents of same-sex marriages introduced several attempts to place a constitutional amendment before voters that would prohibit recognition of same-sex marriages—and in some cases, domestic partnerships as well. On April 27, 2005, ProtectMarriage.com announced that it will work to place a constitutional amendment on the June 2006 ballot to define marriage as an institution between a man and a woman. n December 2005, ProtectMarriage.com failed to submit enough signatures to place a constitutional marriage amendment on the ballot. ProtectMarriage.com announced it had fallen short of the 600,000 signatures required to place the amendment on the June 2006 ballot, the group collected roughly 250,000 signatures.

2008 : California recognizes same sex marriage

On May 15, 2008 the California Supreme Court , by a vote of 4–3, ruled that the statute enacted by Proposition 22 and other statutes that limit marriage to a relationship between a man and a woman violated the equal protection clause of the California Constitution. It also held that individuals of the same sex have the right to marry under the California Constitution. On June 4, 2008, the California Supreme Court denied a petition to stay its In re Marriage Cases order pending the upcoming vote on Proposition 8. As of June 17, 2008, marriages between individuals of the same sex were considered valid and recognized in the state of California. A UCLA study estimated that 18,000 same-sex couples married between then and early November, 2008

Culture Of Influences

A survey from August 18 to September 26, 2008 found 57% of Asian-Americans were likely to vote in the California election opposed to Proposition 8, 32% in favor, and 11% undecided. Steve Smith, manager of the statewide campaign opposing Proposition 8, explained the results as a matter of Asian-American sensitivity to unequal government treatment.African American voters played a crucial role in the outcome. An exit poll of California voters showed that black voters sided in favor of the measure by margins of more than 2 to 1. Not only was the black vote weighted heavily in favor of Proposition 8, but black turnout & spurred by Barack Obama's campaign for president was unusually large, making up roughly 10% of the voters.

The Field Poll released on October 31 indicated that, in the following categories, more people were opposed to Proposition 8 than in support of it: precinct voters, registered Democrats, nonpartisan voters, people who preferred Obama as a presidential choice, coastal inhabitants, people who identified as moderate or liberal, men, women, people under 65, Whites, Latinos, Asians, people who had some post-secondary education, college graduates, Catholics, non-Christians, people not affiliated with a religion, and those personally familiar with gays and lesbians. 73% of pollees who chose Barack Obama as their preferred President were against Proposition 8. Overall, 49% of the pollees were against the proposition, 44% were for it, and 7% were undecided.

Conclusion

As conclusion, mass protests to look further the legality of Same-Sex Marriage & Prop 8 that should not be amend at any cost. I’m not sure whether the gay/lesbian think it’s good choice for allowing the legality of the their marriage BUT “Against-Nature Marriage” will probably misunderstood by certain people. I never blame them for protecting their rights. It’s just protecting something against us make people questioned, "is it really WORTH fighting for that risk??!!" Congratulation again to Barack Obama for the great victory he has received so far. Now, it's time to believe The black man never be the slaves of the whites ( It never Be!!). Attitudes certainly change radically among the whites & their support is overwhelming.

The main reason why this man breakthrough the barrier among white prejudice is The former President, George w. Bush (Super hatred by people!!). This Foolish man described as arrogant, narrow-minded, autocratic, inconsiderate, & totally uncaring of view from his countrymen. He made the History that people really asked & wanted for the CHANGE. I believe the voters must have felt that they were voting against Bush as much as for Obama.

We know the bailouts are not going to work. I agreed with certain people that Obama might change the foreign policy BUT to improve the current economic & financial turmoil, it takes time, effort, & patience. If he fails, it certainly not good for the First Black President to show up.
As part of Asian, what we believe if American possess the POWER to change, why not make a change to the world for making it the better place to live. Laughter reduces stress, improves memory and helps keep our hearts healthy. The ability to laugh is hard-wired into our systems, and new research shows that it's not only good for us, it's contagious. There's a reason sitcoms are funnier when we're in a group: when we see someone laugh, our brain seems to activate "mirror neurons" that send us into the same fit of laughter.

A little fun can lead to a more positive approach in everyday situations, says psychologist Kelly McGonigal. She teaches guided laughter, a group technique in which you prep your body for the physical work of laughter to reap the benefits: joy and social interaction. "All the efforts we put into reducing stress we ought to put into laughing," McGonigal says. A good giggle helps you:

Scorch kilojoules. Laughing for 10 to 15 minutes increases your heart rate by 10-20 per cent, which means you can burn an extra 40-165kJ a day. Over a year, that can add up to around two kilograms in weight loss.

Ease pain. In a US study, experts discovered that children tolerated pain better than usual when watching a funny TV programme.

Stay healthy. Humour increases the production and effectiveness of natural killer cells that stomp out germs. These cells are elevated for at least 12 hours after just an hour of watching, say, Will Ferrell run around in his underwear.

Love Hurts But Can Also Heal (RD January 2008 Edition)

Researchers at Ohio State University had married couples create minor blister wounds on their skin, then discuss a neutral topic. Two months later, the test was repeated, but this time couples talked about a point of conflict. The result: Couples took longer to heal after airing disagreements than when covering neutral ground. Hostile couples who were critical and sarcastic healed slowest and produced less of the proteins linked to healing.

Dr Brian Baker, an associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto, performed another study that showed the physical effects of marital harmony. Married couples with mild hypertension wore blood-pressure monitors for 24 hours and completed a questionnaire about the quality of their marriage. Bad marriages raised while good marriages lowered blood pressure for couples.''Marriage tends to be good for your health, but it's the quality of your marriage that's important,'' says Baker.

The $100/24-hour rule is great to help ward off temptation. If you’re tempted to buy something that costs more than $100, commit to waiting for 24 hours before buying it. Then, weigh up your options:
• Do you really need it?
• Do you have the cash on hand?
• Will you need to borrow from your budget?
• Will you have to go into debt to buy it (credit or store cards, etc)?
• Can you raise the money to buy it (work overtime, a garage sale)?
Most of the time you’ll change your mind when you realise how much the desired item will really cost you to buy it on credit. This simple exercise can save you several years’ worth of debt repayments in the long run.

Lend money to a friend, and you’re liable to lose both.

But when someone close hits you up for a loan, it can be tough to say no. The first consideration, say financial experts, is whether you can afford it. If you can’t afford to give the money away, you can’t afford to lend it. Next, get it in writing. For big amounts, a repayment schedule helps to legitimise the loan. “It protects the lender, and can make the recipient more comfortable, so they don’t see the loan as charity,” says Howard Levine, a chartered accountant. Should you charge interest? It’s not mandatory, and may have tax implications. But if your money would be earning 5% on a term deposit, charge the same 5%. Or structure it as a loan but forgo the interest on repayment. And if a pal defaults? For lenders, it’s not just the amount that can cause a rift, but the feeling that you’re being taken advantage of.

To keep your expenses in check during the festive season, budget counsellor Rosemary MacDonald suggests:

Estimate how much you can afford for gifts. Add in a cushion for entertaining and decorating costs. Buying on credit? You should be able to pay for your purchases within three months. You shouldn’t be paying off Christmas debt in July.

Make a detailed shopping list and scan fliers to find the best prices, or consult a bargain-hunting friend on where to find good deals.

Do price comparisons over the phone where you can’t be lured by glitzy displays to spend more than you intend. Once you’ve nailed down a deal, head for that department, buy it and get out as fast as you can.

Shop online. You’ll save time and avoid temptation. Although you might have to pay delivery costs, this makes sense for out-of-town family or friends whose gifts you’d have to mail anyway.
