Men-In-Black President in White House!

BUSH is Over!!!!Screamed by all Americans who are celebrating the Obama's Victory as 1st Black President in white house. Back again with THE WORLD hot topics & of course the new November edition to kick start. Now, i really Believer of American wisdom says "Everything is possible in America" which is turn out the impossible to possible outcome. Tears & traffic jams greet Obama's victory. They danced in the streets, wept, lifted their voices in prayer and brought traffic to a standstill. From the nation's capital to Los Angeles, Americans celebrated Barack Obama's victory and marveled that they lived to see the day that a black man was elected president. Oh GOD! i Wish i could be there to celebrate the Most Historic of White House Ruled by African-America Born.

American celebrating the Obama's Victory by becoming the 1st Black president in 44th of American Presidential Electorate

In Washington, hundreds of residents spilled into the streets near the White House, carrying balloons, banging on drums and chanting, "Bush is gone!" Along U Street, once known as America's Black Broadway for its many thriving black-owned shops and theaters, men stood on car roofs, waving American flags and Obama posters.

In Philadelphia, thousands of blacks and whites converged at City Hall shortly after Obama was declared the winner. Under a light rain, they danced to the music blaring from car radios. Drivers stopped in the middle of the street, opened their car doors and broadcast Obama's acceptance speech."Barack is in the house!" shouted Pamela Williams, 46. "This is very important to me. Change is about to happen." The celebrations were both large big and small, but the sentiment was the same :pure joy over how far the country has come. People honked horns, high-fived each other and embraced.

In Chicago, Obama's hometown, an estimated 125,000 people gathered on an unusually warm November night to greet the senator at a delirious victory rally at Grant Park."It's fantastic," said Hulon Johnson, 71, a retired Chicago public school principal. "I've always told my kids this was possible; now they'll have to believe me."In Miami's predominantly black Liberty City neighborhood, Otoria Pitts, 30, suggested the significance of Obama's victory goes beyond race."His election speaks volumes for a bunch of people," she said. "Children of single mothers, people who put themselves through college. It says, you can do it, you can do it."

Sobering Challenge is just started & Obama knows The Hope that everybody putting into his shoulder as the race is NEVER be the issues again. Malaysian Should learn about this!!

President-elect Barack Obama and his wife Michelle and Vice president-elect Joe Biden and his wife Jill take the stage after Obama delivered his victory speech at the election night party at Grant Park in Chicago, Tuesday night, Nov. 4, 2008

"The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep," Obama cautioned.

Young and charismatic but with little experience on the national level, Obama smashed through racial barriers and easily defeated Republican John McCain to become the first African-American destined to sit in the Oval Office, America's 44th president. He was the first Democrat to receive more than 50 percent of the popular vote since Jimmy Carter in 1976."It's been a long time coming, but tonight, because of what we did on this date in this election at this defining moment, change has come to America," Obama told a victory rally of 125,000 people jammed into Chicago's Grant Park.Asian shares hit a three-week high and the dollar extended gains as Obama became the next U.S. president, ending uncertainty about who will lead the world's largest economy in the midst of great financial peril. The new Obama administration, which takes office in January, will face the world's worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, and a potentially steep slowdown in global growth that has pounded markets from Tokyo to Frankfurt to New York. The MSCI index of Asian stocks outside Japan rose for a seventh consecutive session on Wednesday, and was up 2.5 percent gain as of 0700 GMT, after earlier hitting the highest since October 16.The gains came after U.S. stocks on Tuesday enjoyed their biggest election day rally ever.Tokyo's Nikkei rose 4.5 percent, led by exporters such as Honda Motor Co that were bolstered by a softer yen, while energy-linked firms such as Mitsubishi Corp gained on the overnight oil price rally.Markets in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai rose more than 3 percent, while stocks in Australia and South Korea gained over 2 percent.

Asian shares the Obama's victory too

Obama wins, says "change has come to America". So, How about Malaysia? When "Change" will come to us?? I Believe soon we will find out the answer. Click here for Full Text : Obama's Victory Speech

Hi there Ammerz
Its true that just decades ago the very idea of an African-American running for Congress in the US is utterly incomprehensible.

Just like the idea of BN being a multicultural party. It seems like impossible now but in less than five years, it will eventually happen. This is where it's all going anyway right?

maybe you right BUT i don't really feel in that way because in Malaysia to accept the TRUTH takes time,it might be a decades.Due to the racism & economic division, it makes harder to gather them & i felt it's too early to HOPE for that

hehe..i can't wait to "sigh" too. Having this childish politician in the parliament make us feel " parliament is some place that we can make jokes too". That will add more variety of *colorful politic"
hehe..

Quote from MCA Lim Kit Siang: "Even the black who was once being treated as slaves can now be the President, can Chinese, Indian, Ibans or Kadazans of Malaysia be the PM one day?"

Who do u think? As for me, since the black can now conquer the White House, nothing else in this world is impossible rite? But, it may takes decades for the time to come, or mb centuries? Haha...
